1. Program Description & Purpose

CYRRUS uses A2P (Application-to-Person) SMS messaging exclusively for transactional and security purposes.

This includes:

  • Sending One-Time Passwords (OTP) for secure account login.
  • Sending verification codes for the digital signature of legal and financial contracts.
  • No marketing or promotional messages are sent via this program.

2. How We Obtain Consent (Opt-in)

As a regulated financial institution, CYRRUS onboards clients through a formal offline process managed by licensed brokers.

  • Consent Method: During the contract signing process (physical or via secure digital signature), clients are presented with a specific "SMS Communication Consent" section.
  • Verification: Users must actively provide their mobile number and acknowledge the terms to receive security codes.

SMS Consent: I agree to receive automated security codes and OTPs from CYRRUS for identity verification and document signing. I understand that message and data rates may apply. I can opt-out at any time by replying STOP.

3. SMS Terms of Service

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interaction with our services.
  • Pricing: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Help & Support: Reply HELP to any of our messages for assistance, or contact our support team at [email protected].
  • Opt-out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message we send. We will send you a one-time confirmation of your unsubscribe request.
  • Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Privacy Policy (Strict Non-Sharing)

Your privacy is our priority. CYRRUS, a.s. ensures that:

  • Personal mobile information is processed only for the requested security services.
  • Crucial Disclosure: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
