Takeover offers

If you need to increase your share in a target company, it is possible to apply for a so-called takeover offer. It is a public suggestion of a contract for a security buyout, which has specific requirements, e.g. form of written operations, minimum and maximum time of obligation. The commercial code allows public suggestions of the conclusion of contracts according to §276.
